東京芸術大学及び同大学院修了。学内にて安宅賞、アカンサス音楽賞、同声会賞を受賞。第32回日本オルガニスト協会主催新人演奏会出演、芸大モーニングコンサートにて松尾葉子指揮芸大フィルと共演した。オルガンを関本恵美子、今井奈緒子、早島万紀子、廣野嗣雄の各氏に、クラヴサンを故小島芳子、大塚直哉の各氏に師事。

 

2007年よりフランスに渡り、文化庁新進芸術家奨学制度の支援のもと、パリ国立高等音楽院で研鑽を積む。オルガンをオリヴィエ・ラトリー、ミシェル・ブヴァール両氏に、即興演奏をフィリップ・ルフェーブル氏に、クラヴサンをフランソワーズ・マーマンに師事し、2011年にはノートルダム大聖堂でのリサイタルをもって修士課程を修了。在学中にはジャベ基金、タラッツィー財団からの奨学支援を受けた。同音楽院では同時にエクリチュール科にも在籍し、和声とルネサンス対位法のプリを獲得した。その後、ブリュッセル王立音楽院でベルナール・フォックルール氏にオルガンを学んだ。

 

2009年スイスのJ.ボッサート・コンクール第２位、2010年には北フランス・ピエール・ドゥ・マンシクール国際オルガンコンクール入賞に合わせ、オルガン奉献10周年を記念してオルガン文化大使に就任。2013年に発売した自身初のソロCD“REVELATIONS” (Ctesibios, CTE-067)  は国内外で好評を博している。

2015年ルクセンブルクで行われたデュドランジュ国際オルガンコンクールにて優勝を果たした。

 

これまでにフランス（パリ・ノートルダム大聖堂、サン・シュルピス教会、ヴェルサイユ宮殿、トゥールーズやシャルトル大聖堂でのオルガン音楽祭ほか）をはじめ、ベルギー、スイス、イギリスなどで演奏会を行うほか、日本各地のコンサートホールや教会でも積極的に演奏活動を行っている。近年では国際オルガンコンクールの審査員を務めるなど、教育活動にも力を注いでいる。

 

日本帰国後2013年には、NHKラジオ「オルガンのある街〜ヨーロッパの名器を聴く〜」の第二回「パリ・ノートルダム大聖堂」編にゲスト出演した。2014年4月から約５年間所沢ミューズ第３代オルガニスト、東京藝術大学教育研究助手を務めたのち、現在明治学院大学横浜主任オルガニスト及び同大学非常勤講師、アトリエ・バロック講師、日本基督教団霊南坂教会オルガニストを務めている。

著者として関わった2020年刊行オルガン教則本『オルガン奏法 パイプでしゃべろう！パイプで歌おう！』（道和書院）のほか、2023年3月コジマ録音よりセザール・フランク生誕200年を記念して主要オルガン作品全曲収録CD『大オルガンのための12の作品』（レコード芸術・読売新聞特選盤）がリリースされ、各所から高い評価を得ている。

【Ami Hoyano Biographie / en français】 

Ami Hoyano a effectué ses études à l’université Geidai (Université de Tokyo pour les Beaux Arts et la Musique) dans la classe de Tsuguo Hirono, Naoko Imai et Makiko Hayashima. Elle remporte plusieurs prix pour la meilleure interprétation : (prix d’Ataka, prix d’Akansas…) à l’université Geidai. Admise au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSMDP) dans la classe d’orgue d’Olivier Latry et Michel Bouvard, elle obtient le Master d’interprétation, le Prix d’Harmonie et de Contrepoint-renaissance, et suit les cours de Bernard Foccroulle au Conservatoire Royal de Musique de Bruxelles.                                   

Ami Hoyano  a bénéficié du soutien de la Fondation Legs Jabès, du Fonds de Tarrazi et d’une bourse du Japanese Governement Overseas Study Program for Artists. Lauréate du concours d’orgue international Pierre de Manchicourt de Béthune (F), Ami Hoyano enregistre son premier CD : « Révélations » (Ctesibios,CTE-067) en qualité d’ambassadrice culturelle de l’orgue Freytag/Tricoteaux de Béthune. Le jury du concours international d’orgue de Dudelange au Luxembourg lui décerne le Premier Prix. Elle donne de nombreux récitals au Japon, en Suisse, Belgique, Angleterre, France avant d’être nommée, en 2013, organiste de la salle de concert  "Tokorozawa Muse" et assistante de la classe d’orgue de l’université des Beaux-Arts de Tokyo. Ami Hoyano est aujourd'hui organiste de Meiji-Gakuin, Professeure de l'Atelier Baroque et organiste de l'église de Réinanzaka à Tokyo.

【Ami Hoyano's profile in english】

Ami Hoyano was admitted to the Tokyo University of Arts (Tokyo Geidai). She studied the organ with Tsuguo Hirono, Naoko Imai, and Makiko Hayashima, and obtained a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Organ with honors.  She was awarded several prizes for best interpretation at the Tokyo Geidai, namely the Ataka Prize and the Akansas Prize. Ami Hoyano was admitted to the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP), where she studied with Olivier Latry and Michel Bouvard. She graduated with an organ master’s degree and was awarded the Harmony and Counterpoint-Renaissance Prize while studying with Bernard Foccroulle at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels.                                                                                                               

Ami Hoyano is supported by the Legs Jabès Foundation, the Tarrazi Funds and she was granted a scholarship from the Japanese Government Overseas Study Program for Artists. Much noticed laureate of the Pierre de Manchicourt International Organ Competition of Béthune (France), she was appointed the first cultural ambassador of the Freytag/Tricoteaux organ of Bethune on which she recorded her first CD “Révélations” (Ctesibios, CTE-067). Ami Hoyano won the First Prize at the International Organ Competition of Dudelange (Luxembourg). She has performed many times in Japan, Switzerland, Belgium, the UK, and France. In 2013, she was appointed organist of the “Tokorozawa Muse” Concert Hall and assistant organist of the Tokyo University of Arts. Ami Hoyano is currently organist of Meiji-Gakuin University, Professor of the “Atelier Baroque” and organist of the Reinanzaka Church in Tokyo.
